Mobile Health and Nutrition Team (MHNT), which is consist of a MD as the Team Leader, a Nurse, Midwife, Vaccinator, Nutrition Counselor, Psychosocial Counselor, and a Community Promoter. This project is funded UNECIF, which cover Kunduz and Nimrooz provinces.
